Wedgewood boasts more than 440 single family homes and four entrances. Some of these homes are situated on the prestigious Wedgewood Golf and Country Club golf course*, which was designed by Robert Trent Jones and is well known among golf enthusiasts for its challenging play and beautiful layout. In addition, the Country Club offers tennis, swimming, dining and socialization all without having to leave the community.

Our development is perfectly situated just minutes from the I-270 outer belt enabling a comfortable commute to downtown Columbus, the state's capitol. Families have several choices in the area for schooling which include Olentangy Local School District, rated "GRADE A" on the state's 2018 Report Card, and several private schools in Powell and other neighboring communities. The community is within minutes of beautiful parks and hiking trails, cultural events, entertainment and fabulous dining options.

Residents of Wedgewood are automatically members of the Wedgewood Homeowners Association. Participation is essential to making the community an enjoyable and attractive place to live. The Association has certain Covenants, Code of Regulations and restrictions, which are covered in the Governing Documents page, that are required to be followed by all homeowners to assure the continued attractiveness and uniformity of our community.
